Requirement

  • Provide pipeline and Client relationship management for multiple Business Areas to enable Sales and Relationship Managers to manage their Clients more effectively in the Corporate Bank and Private/Wealth Bank
  • Provide Client Query Management for the Corporate bank enabling Client queries to be managed and resolved quickly and efficiently (>8m queries per annum)
  • Setup a Centre of Excellence within HSBC to enable governance and support of the Microsoft Power Platform
