We are passionate about technology at Boss Global and we are on a mission to help provide young people who share that passion a route into the technology sector.
That is why we set-up the Boss Technology Apprentice programme with a particular focus on school leavers offering a job, training and qualifications as an alternative to the more traditional further education path at university.
Our apprentices join the team as a junior and are given the opportunity to take on a variety of roles and positions and often work across a number of clients. We believe that hands-on learning working alongside experienced senior Boss Global professionals will stand all our apprentices in great stead and give them an opportunity to grow a successful career in tech.
For our business having a team of professionals trained the Boss Global way means that we don’t need to take staff from other agencies. We are proud of our team and passionate about this scheme.
