Jeff Higgs

Director + Senior Architect

Jeff is a technology leader who has extensive knowledge of the MS Dynamics CRM platform and Power Platform as a whole. Well known and a major influencer within the MS Power Platform community who sat, until fairly recently, on the Dynamics Customer Advisory Board.

With excellent connections within Microsoft, Jeff has built many strong relationships with key members of the worldwide Microsoft MSD team including the leadership team within the product group itself.

Career long experience within Financial Services, most recently with the world’s largest international bank. Jeff is a proven, strong and respected leader who has founded, grown and driven centres of excellence in a number of leading financial institutions.

Andy Bass

Director + Technical Analyst / Functional Consultant

Andy is an experienced Functional Consultant specialising in Microsoft technologies. Andy has a wealth of experience in Dynamics project delivery with a very strong knowledge of requirement gathering techniques, process re-engineering, project documentation, design, customisation, configuration, and platform testing.

Andy specialises in building relationships with Senior Management and Key Stakeholders at any level of an organisation and has a wealth of experience in Financial Services including International, Retail and Private Banking.

He has been a key player in a number of different implementations regarding Power platform and Dynamics 365. These have included, compliance and regulatory projects.

Andy has a great technical background, This allows him to analyse situations from both an out of the box approach, as well as understand its limitations and how it can be extended.
